It used to be adequate enough to show training records as evidence of trained employees. And then regulatory inspectors began asking about the effectiveness of our training program. So we added quizzes and completion metrics. We are evolving with our training practices and will continue to enhance our training program / processes to meet regulatory expectations regarding qualified to perform their job functions. Just how qualified are your employees? Can you back that up with “proper” evidence?
